Capacity building
Building the capacity of its member organizations is one of the major objectives of BEN-E. The program and Organizational Development Department of BEN-E has planned to conduct 15 training workshops. Among these, nine have already been conducted. Based on immerging and pertinent issues, additional training may be organized to network members. There programs are need based & participatory that will be provided by qualified and experienced resource persons.
