Experience Sharing on Field Visit on Girls and Pastoral Community Education from July 2-9, 2008 in Oromia and Somali Regions

The general purpose of the experience sharing visit was:

To enable member organizations to share experiences and information which enable them to identify and address different problems affecting their program.

The following were the specific objectives of the experience sharing visit:

To enhance the efforts of the Pastoral and Girls thematic group members for the expansion of quality and relevant learning for adults and children
Improving adult education to promote and enhance girls and women education
To replicate experiences gained to other BEN-E member organizations so that they will raise the awareness of their consistency towards the importance of pastoral learning specially girls and women adults learning to national development
Document and introduce the local experience on Pastoral and Girls education to other member organizations
